Sometimes if you want to add not original key (like vvdi and keydiy) this error will be on computer or dashboard.
Xhorse has a Mazda ID49 smart key light repair function. Use this option then do akl on car procedure and malfunction will be deleted.
Go to the special functions Mazda id49 smart key light repair read the factory and load on xhorse smart key. All keys lost deleted all keys and added them again and the error is gone.
I had the same issue on a CX5. I had to use an Xhorse smart proximity key, then with special functions on Key Tool Max use the Mazda Smart key repair, read original key and write data over. Then perform all keys lost, rewrite original key and new key and the error was corrected.
Mazda 3 all keys lost proximity key. It was a mission to clear the key light because there is no original key but I got it to work this year. Does not take four buttons. It only takes three buttons but still the trunk works. The trick was I had to do Autel universal key because VVDI key doesn’t have the same FCC ID with the universal keys
After a generated Autel key and programmed it to the vehicle I added the red key then did special functions to remove the key warning lamps.
So the autel universal ikey remote key didn’t light up the Mazda security light and then did the special function to copy the Autel to the Xhorse.
If you had the keyless system malfunction after adding a standard Autel ikey ey, you can erase all the key from the system and reprogram all the keys again into the system. Then Autel smart key will work fine.
People also successfully done a few with the Autel smart prox. One generated wrong fcc and light came on as well. But did AKL and generated the correct fcc and light went off.
On mazda prox always a good idea to use original key or oem refurb.
